March 14, 2007: To Whom It May Concern, Rarely have I encountered a company that is as dedicated to customer service as yours is. On Wednesday, I called you after searching a few other similar companies that I found on the internet, seeking to purchase two Audio Technica wireless microphones for our church. The units we needed were no where to be found, all were on back order. I desperately needed them for a big theatre production we are having on Palm Sunday. Your sales rep (Chris) spend over an hour on the phone with me, calling the manufacturer to make sure they had them in stock, and honestly recommending that the units that would work best for us as we go forward, might be the 700 series transmitters (which we did upgrade to). Even when the bank declined the credit card (for no apparent reason, I called the bank), your customer service reps sent several e-mails, calls, went way above the call of duty to get the problem corrected. June 20, 2007: I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful service. This was my first order with your company and, after my experience, it will not be my last. You have a returning customer!

In particular, I'd like to express my thanks to Chris who talked to me on the phone several times. Chris was knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. He helped me decide what equipment I should purchase, given my needs and helped to ensure my equipment (mics) were tested to work with my equipment before he mailed them out.

Jan 27, 2002: A very good site with only one problem: the item quantity increments by 1 once you have changed it. You have to go back, reduce it to one below the required quantity and it will then increment to the required quantity. Otherwise very good.

Feb 3, 2002: I think that it is a very professional site, espececially for people like me who are not audiophiles! It is so clear that I was able to find what I wanted relatively easily. I was looking for a way to get the digital output from my SPDIF connection, on my Santa Cruz soundcard, via the optical cable to my son's portable Sony Minidisc Recorder so that he can record high quality sound from the PC. In the UK I had tried several retailers who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and often gave erroneous advice in an attempt to be helpful. To compound the problem their are very few websites in the UK of the quality of the US ones. They are often uninformative and unhelpful if they exist at all! The UK suppliers, with a few notable exceptions, have not got their act together at all and the US could make a real killing if they could do something about the high postage charges! The thing which prompted me to buy from this supplier was the speedy response to my enquiry email on a Saturday when many people in England would not even bother. Well done to you,Chris Carfagno and I hope the kit works as well as you!

Feb 3, 2002: Very good service, but i would rather more international shipping options were made available. (We have since added US Postal service)

Feb 5, 2002: When I emailed them with questions they got right back to me. But I would like to see more mic selections for mini disc recorders.

Feb 7, 2002: I found the web site very user friendly. Every time I made a change I received an email notifing me they received the change. I find that very "comforting" when dealing with the internet orders. I am pleased with my first experience with The Sound Professionals, so far.

Feb 8, 2002: I did a lot of internet research on live recording with a minidisc player and I wished I had just called The Sound Professionals to begin with. They are truly "professionals" -- courteous, extremely knowledgeable, patient and soooo helpful. They did not try to persuade me to buy anything I did not need or steer me away from competitor's products. They answered all my questions in a completely understandable manner and were very patient with all of my first time questions. Check Sound Professionals out first before you go anywhere else!!! P.S. They have a very generous exchange/return policy as well.

Feb 9, 2002: They were not the cheapest source. Hoever, the addition of helpful advice and the audio samples were significant factors in the decision to purchase an item from them. Their site is obviously directed at the serious user.

Mar 14, 2002:Generally good information. Website has some shortcomings (returning to the same product page sometimes costs too many moves). Generally quick answers to e-mailed questions. If the prodicts are as good as adverised, I will be very pleased.
