Description:
The SP-MICRO-1 Sound Professionals Micro Binaural microphones are extremely small - about 1/8" in diameter X 1/8" long. The two microphone elements are each covered in tough black rubber. A 1 meter long very flexible lightweight high quality cable exits at the base of each cartridge. General information about all of our Binaural microphones is available here.
Due to their incredibly small size, the microphones are easily hidden just about anywhere. Even when left out in the open, they are very difficult to see. Optional miniature removable lavaliere clips are available.

Important Note: These microphones are designed to be used with "plug in power" of 3 volts or less (available on many recorders) or a low voltage power supply (approx. 1-3 volts D.C.). They are not designed to be used with our standard battery modules or preamps and are not intended for recording very loud sounds. A low power battery module is available for applications when low voltage plug-in-power is not available. Damage due to over-powering these microphones is not covered under warranty. Call for details.
