Miniature High SPL Powered Stereo Omnidirectional Microphone

Finally, a tiny all-in-one stereo microphone with built-in power that offers excellent sound quality and enough dynamic range to handle loud sounds and very quiet sounds equally well! If you have been using the Sony MS907 or similar stereo mic, this mic will make you want to list your old mic on Ebay! It sounds better (much better bass and highs), can handle loud sounds better, is more sensitive for those quiet situations, and will take care of everything in-between, too.

This microphone combines the best features of our single point stereo microphones and our microphone power supplies, in one package. There are several different ways to order the output cable (that connects to our recording device) so it is compatible with just about every deice available today.

You can plug this mic directly into devices that have 1/8" (3.5mm) microphone inputs. However, in some cases (especially loud situations), you can also plug this mic directly into recorders that have line inputs (most MP3 and MD recorders).

This is our smallest powered microphone (it's about the size of a standard pager). Along with having it's ow built-in stereo microphones, there is also an external stereo mic jack to allow you to use this unit as a power supply for another set of external microphones.

This device is powered by a small 12v battery that will last about 50 hours. When you plug the output cable in, the microphone is turned on. To conserve battery life, remove the cable from the microphone when not in use.

Powerful Mike

This mike is wonderful. The bass and treble response is terrific. I can feel the bass waves when playing back a live recording in the car cd player. Very stealthy...works well with the new Sony HiMD rh-10. Worth every bit of it's price, highly recommended, from a long time recorder of Live music.

I was skeptical when I bought this MIC.I thought there was no way this lttle box can produce quality sound at a live rock concert.I recorded Bruce Springsteen last night and I got to tell you the results were stunning.I use a Edirol R-1 CF Recorder with the MIC.The all in one MIC was hassle free and super stealth.This is the MIC I always wanted.Buy this MIC and you won't regret it.Worth every penny paid.Don't tell them but I would have paid twice what they were asking.

I'm very happy with this mic. For something the size of a matchbox, it performs incredibly well. I've recorded a roomful of drums at intense volumes with no distortion. Works great with my mp3 player.

I LOVE the sound of this mike. At first I was also skeptical that it would produce "mic level" outputs, not compatible with the "line level" input of my MP3 recorder. As it turns out, it puts out PERFECT LEVELS at line input, for recording of my live band in rehearsals, or from audience POV at concerts. Our guitar player commented more than once how good the recordings sound, and it's always when I've used this mike. If MP3 recorder line level input and concert/rehearsal level recordings are your objective, I cannot recommend a better choice. As for my qualifications to write a review: I'm a published recording artist with both MCA/Paradox and Atlantic Records, and my brother is a producer/engineer with dozens of hits under his belt. If you count my new band, I've played on literally thousands of recordings.
