We sell two types of refurbished (aka reconditioned) products.
"Factory" refurbished and "Dealer" refurbished. We also
sell "Open-Box products...
A factory refurbished product has been returned to
the factory - for a variety of possible reasons. The product may have been
defective, damaged or for some reason stopped working. In all cases, the
product is inspected and tested and returned to fully functional, like-new
condition and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty and is sold with
our normal 30 day return period (see
return policies for details). Any part that is blemished, damaged or
otherwise not in like-new condition is replaced. They are repackaged with
all accessories that come with a new unit, with warranty card and manual
(where applicable) and generally come in a plain white or brown corrugated
box, or bubble wrap - (not the normal full-color packaging).
A dealer refurbished product has been returned to
us, the Authorized dealer. The product is fully functional and in normal
working condition. It is thoroughly inspected, tested and cleaned. Nothing
is replaced - if something needs to be replaced, we return it to the manufacturer.
The product comes with a full manufacturer's warranty and is sold with our
normal 30 day return period (see
return policies for details). All accessories are included. Generally,
the product is packaged with the original full color packaging (where applicable),
however, the package may show signs of wear.
