How
do I place a purchase order?
Here are three ways to place a purchase order:
1. You can order online, referencing your purchase order number
in the comments section at the end of the order (recommended).
2. You can FAX your purchase order.
3.
You can call in your order.
If
you are going to FAX your purchase order, please include the following:
- Your
Purchase Order number
- Accounts
payable phone number
- A
contact E-mail address (so we can send your confirmation)
- The
billing address and contact
- The
shipping address and contact
- Your
choice of shipping method and shipping amount added to PO. You can calculate
the shipping cost on
our website
or call for help.
- Payment
method. Purchase orders must be paid with credit card, check or money
order. Any order paid with an unsecured check will be held for 10
days to allow funds to clear the banking system). See

If
your organization is tax exempt, please include your tax exempt form with
your purchase order.
If
you have special information requirements, please contact us. We will
